Chad Carter has been building custom pool cues part time since 1998 in Owensboro, Kentucky His work is influenced by Jerry Franklin of Southwest Cues. Carter has been playing pool for about fifteen years. He grew up making guns and gun barrels which are a lot like cues, and he has a business background in banking.
